Your Profile:

  • Native Norwegian Speaker (Written and Spoken)
  • EU work permit
  • Fluent English level
  • Confident in making decisions as a customer service agent
  • Takes a professional and committed approach to work
  • Gets involved and contributes with feedback and ideas to continuously improve things
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Affinity for customer service

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of applications from new and existing customers (small and medium enterprises companies) via phone, email and live chat
  • Consulting, training and customer services provided, and after the car-buying
  • Identify potential opportunities for improvement and optimization of the respective
  • Marketing package
  • The analysis of trends and customer base in order to provide appropriate and individual solutions
  • Application of various tools (MX Excel, Salesforce)
