Job description:

  • You will be able to offer recommendations in fluent German to common problems or frequently asked questions. Customer service technical support
  • Interact with other departments in order to resolve issues in fluent German
  • Provide customers the highest quality level 1 technical/ customer service support in fluent German
  • Ensure all support calls, emails and chats are answered and resolved.
  • To work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues

Your profile:

  • High school degree
  • Must have a valid EU work visa
  • Native German and Fluent English
  • Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet)
  • Excellent communication skills
