Your profile:


  • Fluent German & English speaker
  • Experience in Customer Service an advantage
  • Good PC knowledge and common applications
  • Passion for networks and technology in general
    • Social media savvy


Your duties:


  • Resolving technical issues for customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Engage with users to create and maintain positive brand image
  • Post images, video, and copy content and responses per instructions
  • Educate brand followers by acting as brand ambassador online
    • Provide customer service follow up including logging interactions
