Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer’s telephone calls & provide them assistance and customer service
  • Determine & provide a good level support and provide customer service.
  • Assists in making reports or charts to schedule
  • Attends training sessions and assists in cross training.

The Role:

– To support customers through phone, e-mail, chatting in fluent Dutch customer service
– Deal with difficult customers politely and patiently
– Attain new knowledge
-Support using your excellent phone manners and maintain customer relationships

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch/ Native Dutch Speaker
  • Fluent English (Proficiency level)
  • Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet)
  • Windows, MS Office Suite, Skype, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team spirit
  • Passionate about Dutch customer service
