This case study details how mgi recruitment assisted in the multilingual recruitment needs of a leading global technical support company between June and November 2009.
We were asked to find suitable multilingual customer service and technical support associates for one of their large European operations.

We conducted research to gain an in-depth understanding of the core values of the company and appointed an account manager as a single point of contact between both companies. Our marketing team then set about advertising the position throughout Europe.
Following responses from the successful advertising campaign, we began the initial screening process in order to determine the most suitable candidates and make the recruitment process as efficient as possible for our client.
We arranged them in relation to language skills, the role being applied for and availability to start and entered the data into a Candidate Tracking Spread sheet to effectively assess the information.
Once the successful candidates had been identified, we got in touch with them and from then on the client spoke to the successful candidates directly.
- 490 CVs were sent to the client from mgi recruitment
- 130 candidates were hired
Following this successful recruitment drive, a new Service Level Agreement (SLA) was set in place between mgi recruitment and the client in order to build on the existing relationship and further improve the efficiency of the process for future hires.
