mgi recruitment’s response
We conducted research to gain an in-depth understanding of the core values of the company and appointed an account manager as a single point of contact between both companies. Our marketing team then set about advertising the position throughout Europe.
Following responses from the successful advertising campaign, we began the initial screening process in order to determine the most suitable candidates and make the recruitment process as efficient as possible for our client.
Stages of the screening process
- In depth interviews carried out via telephone and webcam
- Candidates were verbally screened on their language skills
- Submission of suitable CVs to client.
Once they had received the CVs of the shortlisted candidates, the client conduced the interview process themselves in the following stages:
- Further screening of CVs
- HR Interview via telephone to test technical and accounting skills
- Face-to-face or telephone interview (location dependent) with the line manager
- Final interview
Once the successful candidates had been identified, we got in touch with them and from then on the client spoke to the successful candidates directly.
